At $40 per person (plus site fee), our most affordable offering includes a variety of box lunches (sandwich, chips, fruit, and dessert) from Cusine a la Carte, Hardywood’s Richmond Lager and Great Return IPA (or similar beers of your choosing), a selection of sparkling waters, Coke, Diet Coke, and Gatorade. Every event is four hours and includes transportation to and from the island in our custom jet boat.

At $80 per person (plus site fee), our next tier includes barbecue with all the fixin’s — two meat options, three sides and dessert, Hardywood’s Richmond Lager and Great Return IPA (or similar beers of your choosing), red wine, white wine, and hard seltzer, sparkling water, Coke, Diet Coke, and Gatorade. Every event is four hours and includes transportation to and from the island in our custom jet boat.

For $100 per person (plus site fee), we’ll grill up a fish taco fiesta! Cooked on-site from Chesapeake Bay rockfish, your fish tacos come with rice, beans, chips, salsa and guacamole, two more sides and dessert. Drinks include beer, wine, and hard seltzer, all of your choosing, as well as sparkling water, soda and Gatorade. Every event is four hours includes transportation to and from the island in our custom jet boat.

Our site fee — from $750 — buys you a concierge and covers all the amenities and add-ons for a truly memorable party. Want to throw a summer bash? We’ll provide the tubes, kayaks, fishing rods, and anything else you might need for fun in the sun and water. Want to host an autumn client appreciation party?
